the world, Chris Salans has worked in the kitchens of
three-Michelin-star French restaurants. Now residing
in Bali he has created his signature restaurant in Ubud,
Mozaic.
Chris' flair for creatively combining
different cooking techniques to create highly original
and startlingly delicious cuisine has given this restaurant
a highly enviable reputation and won it accolades from
prestigious publications such as the New York Times
Magazine, which voted it Best Restaurant on the Planet,
and National Geographic Traveller which called it an
'unforgettable dining experience".
Great atmosphere on a relaxing condition
inside the restaurant. Bring your friends or families
to get some menus from this restaurant. Probably one
of the best restaurant in Ubud area that you should
visit when you are in Ubud. Although you will not find
any beaches in Ubud area, you will not be dissapointed
as Ubud itself is not famous for the beaches, but by
the real of Bali. This area is a truly Bali so you can
know inside Bali as well if you are visiting Ubud.

in Bali, make the time to visit Mozaic, you will not
be dissapointed. Now open for lunch or dinner. Chris
takes Mondays off, so naturally the restaurant is closed.
