Hi, My family and I will be moving to South Bali in May/June for 1 year, and we are interested in hiring/leasing a reliable, safe vehicle with a/c (preferably with automatic transmission, but not absolutely necessary) suitable for at least 2 adults and 2 children (10 years).

We may have to sometimes carry additional passengers, so perhaps a Suzuki MPV or late model Kijang would be a good choice? We would be interested in any other vehicle suggestions that you might have.

The ideal arrangement for us would be a 12 month hire/lease paid monthly in either Rupiah, US$ or $AUD.

Would you please advise me of the best rates that you have available for this type of vehicle over this term. Please also advise whether the rate will include insurance and maintenance.

As shown on the message above, one of our customer asking about the long term of renting our car, for 1 year. Some of others customers also asked about monthly rental car from us. Actually, many of them! Basically the longer the customer renting the car, the more they will get cheaper rates. So yearly renting would be cheaper than monthly one, and monthly renting would be cheaper than daily one.

When we delivered the car rental to those kind of customers, and asked some easy questions to them why you need a car rental in long term of use? Many of them said because they are working in Bali but for temporary. Usually they are a worker and were contracted by the company in Bali to works for one or two years only, and after that the contract is finish.

What kind of working? They are chef, export and import activities, temporary officer in an embassy, and so on.

Car Rental Types for Long Term

And not only for a multi purpose vehicle (MPV car type), they likely to rented a smaller car such as the Toyota Agya, 4 seater car. Automatic box is preferable by long term renter because it is easier to drive. As you may already know that driving a car in Bali at the area of Ubud is challenging as there are many small roads there.

We are also offering not only for a yearly renting but also for a monthly of renting. In fact, the long term of car renting in Bali for monthly is more lovely then renting it for yearly. This is because they needed the car for less than a year, for example, only two or three months. Or even only for one month of renting.

We are guarantee that all the car to be rented for monthly basis is on their good condition. The air con is working as well. The tyre is good. The break is perfect. And the car is clean on the delivery.

We can deliver the car rental to all area of Bali, this is including Sanur, Canggu or Lovina area. While delivering (and collecting) the car in Sanur and Canggu is free of charge but when in Lovina there will be extra charge to deliver the car there. This is because Lovina is quiet far from our home base in Kuta, so please note once again there will be extra cost deliver the car there. How to Make Payment

And for the type of payment, we are very flexible. Whether the customers can pay using either Rupiah, US$, SG$ or any other currencies. The car renter can also make payment by credit card. Visa or Mastercard only. Please be noted for the payment of the car rental there will be additional 3% charge.

We will only charge for the payment on the first day we meet upon car delivery. So there is no deposit needed. No cancellation fee if the renter cancel the booking before meet us. But if there will any cancellation in the middle of car renting, there will be 50% cancellation fee from the rest day the renter will do not use.

The car rental payment for long term use must be done on the first day of each month. The payment is available either by ash or by credit card. If you want to receive the car at the airport on your airport and would like to pay by credit card, then we will charge it directly there at the airport. We will bring the electronic machine to charge your credit card for your car rental. So you do not need to go to our office first to charge your card.

So once again renting a car rental in Bali for long term use is easy. You just need to determine which car you would like to take. When and how many month, or year, you will need the car. And where and what time on that day we can meet to deliver the car. As simple as that!
